Each day, thousands of faithful individuals visit this holy site, experiencing the ongoing presence of Rebbe Tzvi Hersh Friedman’s spirit, which envelops those who pray for a message of hope and faith. Requests, wishes, blessings. In prayer, words transcend sound, becoming heartfelt emotions and deep desires that travel from the soul to the divine presence.

In Orthodox Jewish communities, prayer centers on asking for divine blessings to protect childhood innocence and to bring relief to the sick. As a custodian of faith and heritage, the cemetery merges the reverence of past centuries with the heartfelt requests of today. 

From time to time, the Kerestir Rebbe, Yeshaya Steiner, would come to this sacred place to pray and seek divine blessings at the grave of his great teacher, Hershel Lisker. Thanks to his teacher, the Kerestir Rebbe’s community was able to copyright their traditions and stay resilient in their faith during periods of intense difficulty. The man's prayer, deeply felt in this sacred moment, links the past, present, and future, expressing the community's most profound hopes and desires.
